When you submit an application, you will be asked to agree to the following documents:
Safety first: After applications close on June 11, 2026, an email will be sent to all applicants with a list of applicant names. Players have one week to respond with any safety concerns or any preferences around casting distance (such as: not willing to be in the same event as another player, would like to minimize character connections with another player, or would like to have close character connections with another player).
It's very important to provide a name that other players are likely to recognize you by so that this part of the process can be accurate and timely, and to prevent a need for disruptive casting changes later on.
Filtering stage: Applications will be reviewed regarding safety, and then regarding compatibility with the larp's themes, content, and style. Make sure you've reviewed the section Is this larp for me? before filling out an application.
Randomized selection: The initial pool of applicants will be selected by randomized selection and reviewed for specific player needs (e.g. if you indicated that you are only interested in playing if you are in the same event as a particular player).
Casting: Players are assigned characters based on the casting questionnaire section of their application.
Notification: Applicants are notified of their application status as a player or as a waitlisted player. Players have one week to confirm their spot with an initial deposit or full payment. If a player fails to confirm by June 29, 2026, then their spot will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.
